    Application Process

    STEP 1 Obtaining an Applicant ID

    * Applicant IDs can be obtained only during the period for online application as indicated above.


    1 Click “Obtain an Applicant ID” at the bottom of this page.
    2 Register your e-mail address. A link for obtaining an Applicant ID will be sent to the e-mail address you register.
    3 Click on the link and register your name, date of birth, sex, and password.
    4 After registering your name, date of birth, sex, and password, an applicant ID will be issued and sent to the e-mail address you registered.

    STEP 2 Fill out all the prescribed forms and complete the Letter(s) of Reference

    * Check the “System Requirements” at the top of this page.


    1 Log in to “My Page”. The e-mail address and password you registered in STEP 1 above are required to log in.
    2-1 Fill out the necessary information and submit all the required documents through the online application system.
    2-2 Request two recommenders to provide letters of recommendation via online application.
    2-3 Request your home university to upload the required documents via online.
    3 Click “Submit” button after finishing STEP 2.

    Online application completed. Make sure to send the application documents which must be submitted by post.

    Step 3 Pay the Application Fee

    * Please see the Application Guide for payment method. 



    Step 4 Send the Application Documents to be Submitted by Postal Mail Service

    * Please confirm the Application Guide so that you will not miss any steps !! 



    Application for admission is completed.

    * Applications are accepted only when applicants pay the application fee and submit all required documents via online and postal mail service by the deadline.
